Trip to Niu Shou Mountain March 2023

Niu Shou Mountain has beautiful natural scenery and is known as the Spring Niu Shou in Nanjing. It was March in Yangchun, and the team of Haoxin visited Niu Shou Mountain together.

After arriving at Niu Shou Mountain, I entered the scenic spot from the east entrance. As soon as I entered the door, I was attracted by the music fountain in Niu Shou Square. The water column in the center of the fountain flew into the sky like lively and lovely little white dragons. When it fell, A lot of water droplets were sprinkled, as if wearing a hazy gauze over the fountain, it was extremely beautiful.

Leaving Niu Shou Square, head west to see Foding Temple. There is a bridge and a small river in front of the gate of Foding Temple, and the sound of the rushing water of the small river can be heard. Crossing the bridge and entering the gate of Foding Temple, Maitreya Buddha is enshrined in the Heavenly King Hall. Behind the main hall is enshrined the Wei Tuo Dharma Protector, with a lifelike figure, holding an iron pestle and pointing to the ground. The Buddha and Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva are enshrined in the main hall of Wandesoyan, which makes people look awe-inspiring.

After coming out, walk north along the path to the cliff stone carvings. On the cliff side of the Hongjue Temple Pagoda, you can still see the carved Buddha statues and characters left at that time, forming the cliff stone carvings. After wind erosion and rain, the handwriting It has been blurred, showing its age, and I can't help but think: the cliff carvings are so spectacular, and I will come again in the future.

Go west for a while, and you will see the Foding Palace. Walk through the corridor to reach the Grand View of Zen. The walls of the corridor are carved with beautiful patterns, which are very detailed. Walking into the interior of Foding Palace, the eyes suddenly open up, with a spacious oval space and beautiful decoration. There is also a huge lotus flower. The Buddha is lying on the base of the lotus, slowly rotating 360 degrees. I am amazed and ask the Buddha to bless me in my heart. The Thousand Buddha Hall is located in the underground palace and needs to go down by escalator. The moment I entered the Thousand Buddha Hall, I was stunned by the beautiful scenery. The Buddha statues, auspicious clouds, and lotus lantern patterns inside were lifelike. In the middle of the Thousand Buddha Hall stood a stupa dedicated to the parietal bone of the Buddha, inlaid with crystals and gemstones, and placed around it. There are many sacred Bodhisattvas, it is really beautiful!
